Impact Alliance appoints Research Fellow to understand the impact of its work
How do we understand loneliness, how can we capture changes in loneliness, and what approaches best address loneliness? At the Impact Alliance, we’re determined to find out.
Today, we're excited to welcome Dr Karen Gray to the team to help address these questions (and more!) as a dedicated Impact Alliance Research Fellow.
Hosted by the University of Bristol, and building on insights from the Promising Approaches Framework, over the next three years Karen will be leading on the co-production of an innovative, robust, people centred evaluation to understand the process, impact and sustainable legacies of the Impact Alliance, and its vision to 'Make Loneliness a Stranger'.
“I’m passionate about making research meaningful, translating insights into practice and supporting evidence-informed decision-making. My work often focuses on challenges related to loneliness and social isolation, and I bring experience across diverse sectors including arts and culture, social care, health, and community development.”
