Reflective Practice: Recognition, Endings & Continuation

As we conclude the ATN funded year, together we explore themes of recognition and endings, but also continuation and legacy.

Led by Wild Dandelion Arts Psychotherapists, this session creates space to acknowledge achievements, honour endings and carry learning into future practice.

Reflective Practice is a paid, facilitated programme offered by Bristol Beacon in partnership with Wild Dandelion to support the health and wellbeing of funded artists and associates.
It is a self-development tool that encourages individuals or groups to reflect on their experiences, thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Participants can expect:

  • A confidential and non-judgemental space where they can speak openly.

  • Optional creative activities such as drawing, writing, or role-play to explore thoughts and experiences.

  • A supportive and compassionate environment that encourages shared learning, peer support, and personal and professional development.

What should I bring?

  • A journal/notebook to record reflections, goals, insights or actions.

  • Any art materials such as pens, pencils etc or anything that will aid you in your creativity

Attendance at Reflective Practice is paid at £30 for each 1.5hr session and is open to anyone affiliated with your ATN funded project.
